You can join here Advert Subject: 3 Bed Semi Detached rural east yorks wanting Leeds or York I am in a rural location 7 miles from driffield, 8 miles from Pocklington, and 15 miles to the outskirts of York, 15 miles from Bridlington, 10 miles from Beverley, approx 18 miles from Hull, although rural I am in a great central wolds position with accessibility to many towns. I am on the main York to Bridlington bus route. I have a very large front, side and back gardens, no driveway but ample parking in designated parking area directly in front on house. 3 good sized bedrooms with pitched ceilings, family bathroom with electric shower, downstairs toilet, large utility area, separate dining room, kitchen and living room. Solid fuel central heating system was installed in 2004, very efficient large burner in living room, radiators in every room, there is also an open fire with tiled fireplace in dining room. At the moment my ideal move would be York or Beverley and surrounding areas, I require a 3 bed minimum, but would consider a large 2 bed if it was the right house and area for me. I am also looking at moving to Leeds in spring summer 2009 due to certain family commitments.
