We live in South West Wales. Cardiff 70 miles, Swansea 34 and Carmarthen 22. This is a very sought after house due to it's location, views and peace & quiet. The driveway is double-gated with a front lawn and hedge boundary. The front door leads into the living room through a small hall. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly fitted this April and a complete rewire of the house. Own back garden of over 70ft, with mature plants, pond and 2 lawns. Shed and garage Garrage will be dismantled). Oil central heating with tank in situ on back lawn. At present we cook with LPGas from a cylinder. Bathroom with bath and shower downstairs, next to back door. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 medium and 1 smaller. Loft with storage room. Next to open fields with stunning views of the Black Mountains and within the boundary of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Village consists of Newsagents/Post Office, Butchers and Mace Foodstore. Doctors Surgery, Community Centre and 3 Public Houses, 2 of which are hotels also. Schools;- 1 Primary and opposite left of house (ages 4-11), 5 miles with bus transportation- secondary (11-17). Opposite house, community field with pavillion. Fishing available on the River Towy. We are looking for a similar house in Oxfordshire, preferably Thame, Didcot, Chinnor and also Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Laleham & Oxshott, Surrey areas. I have a son of 11 who has Autism. It is paramount to our move that I can get a placement for him in nearby areas. I am willing to do 3 way swaps. Im still here the exchange fell through,, i went to see the other house stupidly agreeing to exchange before i saw it.. dont ever do that cos some people just not very honest about condition of house,, so i pulled out i didnt like to do that but the other house needed to much work done to it and i dont have that kind of time anymore, so im still looking, im going to bicester this aft to look at another one sounds good but not raising hopes again till ive seen it. I still look at the photos of your house and feel tempted but its not realistic ,so good luck to you im still looking for you... all the best.
