We have a nice 2 bedroom, main door house in the newer part of Muirhouse Park, next to the park/football pitch and brand new Redrow houses.. Very quiet little street! The house is only 5 years old so quite new.

Upstairs - 1 Double bedroom with 2 walk in cupboards (1 very large!) and 1 Single bedroom with 1 walk in cupboard, bathroom with electric shower over bath.
Downstairs - Toilet, living room (with 1 walk in cupboard) leading into large Kitchen/dining room and private back garden.
Full central heating. Double glazing.

We need to move house due to new baby. Looking for 3 bedroom house or ground floor flat in Edinburgh. Muirhouse, Drylaw or Ferry Road areas. 2 Double bedroom may be considered.
No Time wasters please.
