I have a 3 bed wallasey wirral merseyside, modern house, very warm, well lagged, over the road from sea and promenade, close to a host of amenities.

I have been on here a while, and as yet have not been able to swap with anyone, is anyone really serious about moving.

Im looking for semi rural, i have cast my nets far and wide now and will consider most areas. I need my son to be able to access a college so near a station or bus would be good, want plenty of green spaces for the babies and my poodle and cat.

If you need to be closer to liverpool, north wales, chester or cheshire, than i am ideally located for these places. Im 10 mins from the m53 and liverpool tunnel. 20 minutes from north wales and chester, 15 minutes from liverpool.

Parks and prom close by and local shopping centres, and good schools.

somebody must want a swap.

I would like the outskirts of a town, were i can see fields and trees, but can travel to the town or city for work, intrested in wales, coastal . No big citys.

It seems when you get involved in this swapping lark there are penty of times wasters and liers, " dog eat dog " its been quite an experience all round and I am still searching. What pee`s me of the most if when they know you have health issues, they know you have children, they meet your children, every one agrees to move then all of a sudden, no replies to emails, no replies to texts, no replies to instant messages and oooooo all of a sudden no reply on house phone, ummmmmmmmmmmmm
Some of which are still on here advertising up to date? Is it so difficult to say sorry I changed my mind, seems with a lot of people " sorry " is not in their vocabulary and their favourite hobby is lieing !

Yep you have a point once you need more than a simple straight forward swap it gets complicated and the hard work of searching begins, which I have to add can become like a 4th job, on top of working, kids, home then searching ! I have been through it all for nothing Sad

hi,im not a liar either and i dont think most on here are,yes you get the 1s that are proper timewasters and 1s with no manners who cant even reply to you but what we have to do is try and stick together as we are all after the same thing at the end of the day.we just have to keep that hope that theres more genuine people on here than there is time wasters.good luck to to you all. Just a thought but you may be putting people off as you keep repeating this ad and its coming over a tad aggressive.
Maybe re-do it and soften the tone a bit.

we are not aggresive either,just want honest movers to reply to our add
and that means people who are 100% on moving and not only 99%,but even i can understand that some people can get a bit nervous,but its plain and simple ,people that advertise on these forums should be honest and if its not what they are looking for,they should plain and simply say so instead of leading people up the garden path,and to all those people who are serious,HAPPY HUNTING AND GOOD LUCK,hope you find what you are looking for!

I think its because one is always looking for better than they have and noone wants less than they, have even if its in the perfect place for them...

I have been looking for ages but only recently found this site, however I have been let down with multi's (not our side at least) and I just think that it will take a very long time indeed if people aren't even slightly flexible with their needs if possible.

I would love a small 2 bed house near to shops and schools as we're in such a rural location and I can't drive or manage with having 2 small children, but I can't see that happening (for sure in Cornwall). Hell I'd be happy with a nice ground floor flat even but every GF I have seen wants only a house or 3 beds lol see what I mean about everyone after better than they have so noone moves in the end :(

As to the chap with the lovely house in Penzance...I'd give my kidney for that lol I'm sure u wont have to wait long its beautiful there. We took the kids to Penzance on the weekend and truly can't think of a nicer place to live...like Newquay but without the rough side...lucky chap being able to live there.
