we have a 1 bed bungalow with ramp acess to rear of the property communal garden area which is maintained by the council front and back and has a small shed we have had a wet room installed last year so isn't very old so the property has no bath shower only.
the bungalow is in a small quiet road in the braunstone frith area of leicester all neighbours are very nice and friendly
we are 2 minutes from the local shops and bus stops.
this property would suit single person or couple and is well adapted for disabled or those with limited mobility, the property is due for decoration asap so we would be willing to give the property a lick of paint in neutral colours to freshen it up for anybody who would be interested in the exchange.
we are looking for a 2 bed property house or bungalow no flats will be considered plus we are getting married in a couple of weeks and would love to have a new start please contact for more info as i am sure there is more i can tell you just can't think of anything at the minute |
