You can join here Advert Subject: 3 bed semi f'bridge swap for 4/5 bed b'mouth/poole area i have a large 3 bed semi (council house [new forest district council]) in fordingbridge on edge of the new forest close to all amenities......large enclosed garden to rear and side/front with ample off road parking for 3 cars...20x10foot shed/workshop with electric plus 2 additional sheds for garden equip/garden toys...large lounge (carpeted) seperate dining room (laminated) and large kitchen(tiled), downstairs w.c/utility room (tiled)...disabled access to rear doorway...2 double bedrooms (with built in cupboards) and 1 single room, recently redecorated bathroom with newly installed shower...airing cupboard on landing... looking to exchange to bournemouth/poole/ferndown/christchurch area with property of same size or preferably bigger (as i have 5 children and even thought this house is big its getting a squash as they are getting bigger!) needs to be close to infant/junior/secondry schools and all other amentites.....preferably with shed/garage/workshop garden and off road parking.   copyright © 2005 - 2007 ukhomeswap.co.uk
