Aberlour has a library, two pubs, good local schools (junior and senior) both within walking distance, health centre and community hospital, hourly bus service to Elgin (15 miles), chemist shop, post office, small supermarket, petrol station, newsagent, local butcher and delicatessen, two banks, Episcopalian, Catholic and Church of Scotland Churches. Vet 2 miles.

Speyside way walks/cycle track - salmon fishing available to residents of the village. Will be leaving three garden sheds and one green house all with electricity and outside water tap. Only reason we want to leave our beautiful home here in Aberlour is so that we can be nearer to our family in the north of England.
