We have a nice newly decorated 3 bedroom house in Padgate Warrington. It has laminate flooring throughout the ground floor, except the kitchen which has quarry tiles. The stairs and landing and 2 bedrooms are carpeted the third bedroom has laminate flooring, There is a separate bathroom and toilet upstairs and the bath has a fitted shower. The back garden is half grass and half flagstone and had a decking area. The front garden is gravel and flag stone. The house is in a very open area with many trees around. It also has a grass verge outside the house. There are very good schools within walking distance, also doctors, dentist etc. The bus stop, with a very good bus service, is 3 minutes walk away and it takes about 10 minutes to Warrington Town Centre. It is 5 Minutes to the motorway then 15 minutes to Manchester and Liverpool.

I have a 4 bed house over 3 floors. The top floor consisting of a toilet, 2 bedrooms and a "boxroom/study".

The second landing has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom ( with shower and toilet)

The groundfloor has the living room and kitchen along with another toilet.

We also have a garage that is included in the price of the rent.

The only carpet is on the stairs and upstairs landing as we suffer from allergies. The rest of the house is laminate / vinyl flooring.

Will take a 3 or 4 bed property in exchange.
