HI, I have a loverly 3 bedroom house in a quiet location on Castlefields in Runcorn. If you know Runcorn you will know that this area is under reconstruction - so good things to come!

This is the old style house - much bigger than the new developments!
There is no front garden to the front, just grass infront of the window - less work! There is a porch area - double glazed, a hallway seperated from the main area, which has a small toilet and wash basin.

There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area. These areas are seperated by expensive wood effect cushion floor, and expensive carpet in the dining area - plenty of space for my 6 seater dining table!

There is a medium sized living room, which has the matching carpet to the dining room (light chocolate colour, both rooms have been decoarted with a feature wall and nutral decor on the others.

Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and one small bedroom. There is also a large cupboard.

We have a larger than average bathroom, with more storage space.

There is a large back garden which is private (minimal work has been done on this area, would has great potential! - We are not keen gardeners!

I am very open to offers, i would like to stay within Runcorn, but would look at other areas.

I DNT KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH YOU BEFORE. I HAVE A LARGE 3 BED HOUSE IN SHROPSHIRE, IT IS CLOSE TO SCHOOLS,SHOPS ETC. IT IS ALSO 10 MIN WALK TO THE IRONBRIDGE. i HAVE ONLEY LIVED HERE 18 MONTHS AND REALLY WANT TO MOVE BACK TO WARRINGTON OR RUNCORN TO BE BACK WITH MY FAMILY AS I HAVE HELP PROBLEMS AND REALLY NEED THERE HELP WITH MY CHILDREN.
