For those with kids, dogs or who just enjoy walking, there are lovely scenic routes/Nature Trails along the banks of both The River Calder and The River Clyde.
The house itself is a maisonette, 4 in a block upstair flat in Bruce Terrace, Blantyre, it has communal path and gate, but the gardens are seperate and ideal for privacy.
Ideally we are looking for 3 or 4 bedrooms in Liverpool- Aigburth, Wavertree, Childwall, Waterloo or Wales, but must have own garden.
