Must be within reach of road and transport networks (we both still work).
Semi-rural, rural or coastal preferred but on the edge (suburbs) of a town would be considered.
No inner city areas.

I have just seen your home on the exchange site.
I have a nice large 2 bedroom house in Shortstown, Bedford. We are located at the front end of shortstown in the old RAF houses.
My house has a good size back garden with driveway and double gates. It is ¼ patio, ½ lawn and ¼ drive/ shed.
The front garden is lawn and fenced.
My house is end of terrace. Bedroom one the largest is a good size and has a walk in cupboard/ wardrobe. The smaller bedroom is being used as our bedroom so has double bed 3 wardrobes and a couple of chest of drawers.
The bathroom is large size as this use to be a 3rd bedroom.
My lounge is quite a large size with a under stairs walk in cupboard.
The kitchen again is of good size and is being used as a kitchen/diner.
Local shop/postoffice is a 2 min walk, bus a 1 min walk and comes every 10 mins. Lower school 5 min walk.
Our house is situated in a quiet square and has lovely neighbours that we get on well with.

Our village is 3 miles from bedford MK42 0UH
We are close to the M1, A6, A421 and A1
