Shared driveway for one car plenty of on street parking. Small garden at front and own garden at the back which has a washing line and own shed. Bathroom is a wet room with a walk in shower. Bright airy rooms. Double glazed patio doors on the front of the house. Only a small kitchen but ideal for a couple or single occupant. Very quite area with good neighbours who are also very quite. Close to A14/M11 all local shops and school's near by. Close to city centre and plenty of bus stops nearby. I am looking to swap to a two bedroom house as i have recently had a baby and the flat is not big enough for the three of us.
