I have a very nice one-bed ground floor flat, in a very nice area of Tunbridge Wells. Close to town, closer to Common (Wellingtons Rocks). I have my own front and back door. Five flats here in total. Communal garden, dog and cat friendly. Very nice well-kept communal garden (my back-door opens onto large patio area).
I am reluctant to move, but with two young children, have no choice.
The flat has high ceilings and bay windows to front (I have most of ground floor). living room is 16' x 22', kitchen/Diner is approx. 14' x 20'.
