Hello,

There is a family who are interested in my flat and they have a large 3-bedroom semi-detached house with own garden and lovely views in Aberystwyth, Wales (SY23).

Edit/Update - 15:07 17.09.08 - My housing association have just informed me that they can not allow the family in Wales to move into my place, as one of their kids is under 18-years old Sad

however I am leaving this ad up and will pass info on, if anyone is interested. Also, there is still the option of multi-swaps instead of just a 3-way swap as originally planned!

I have a large 2-Double Bedroom flat in Kingston Upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire (HU3) and I am looking move back down south to be closer to my family again or possibly over to Leeds, where I have other ties.

We both have people interested in our properties but nobody seems to be taking this home swapping very seriously and we either keep being let down by time wasters or getting people who are not 100% suitable/possible. So, we have mutually agreed for me to do this post and see if we find anyone who might be interested in a multi-swap or interested in either one of our homes...

3 bedroom house, not on an estate .
2 toilets , 3 beds, living room ,dining kitchen, garden and drive.
In egremont wallasey .across the road from egremont promenade. close to local shops school and bus services. Clinic and chemist and driving test centre a few minutes walk.

Egremont primary school a few minutes walk from the house

30 foot garden with drive at the rear of the property accesed from church meadow close off church street. The drive is about 18 foot long, this is in adition to the garden size, i currently have a 5 birth caravan parked on my drive The garden is totally enclosed and not overlooked, ideal for children and pets. selection of trees and shrubs around the edge of the garden, making it nice and private.

The housing association have just put more lagging in the loft, so its a really warm house now. The walls have cavity wall insulation, and secondry glazing on the windows.

I have a modern house in egremont wallasey, with drive and gardens. Not on an estate.

2 toilets, dining kitchen, 3 beds, and living room.

living room approx 18ft by 10ft
dining kitchen approx 16ft by 13ft
small bedroom approx 8ft by 7ft
middle bedroom approx 12ft by 9 ft
front bedroom approx 13ft by 9ft

will consider, wallasey, newbrighton, moreton, eastham, birkenhead.
possibly further afield. north wales, cheshire, kent maidstone margate, somerset, south wales, pembrokshire, cardiff, newport , gwent, try me.

would prefer semi rural or somewere were ther is lots of green spaces.

This is a housing association house, the rent is approx £74 a week

The council tax is approx £74 a month.

There is a b.t telephone line to the house, and a sky dish on the outside.

The house is situated between church street and church lane, over the road and a few minutes down tobin slip, you will find egremont promenade, were you can look across the mersey to liverpool. Walk to new brighton along the sea front. the walk to newbrighton is very nice along the prom, you will pass vale park along the way. When the tide goes out you cn walk along the shore, ideal for walking the dog, or taking the children for a walk.

I would consider this house to be in a convenient location, by the sea and promenade, very convenient for all local amenities, a good selection of schools and shops and bus servises, a local swimming baths is a 5 minute walk, and liscard town centre is a 10 minute walk.were you can find boots, woolworths, primark,wilkinsons, asda,home and bargain, etc
The walk to liscard is pleasant and you will pass central park along the way, this houses a duck pond, and rose gardens, a football pitch and swings for the children.

This area would suit famillys or people wishing to commute to work.

Liverpool tunnel and m53 motorway 10 mins from house.

liverpool the cultural capital is a boat ride away, and its a beatiful ride on a sunny day. liverpool can also be accessed by bus or car from the house. Liverpool 1 is the new shopping centre which is supposed to be the biggest in europe. You can travel from our home to liverpool in about 20 minutes.

hi I have a 3bed in knighton Powys on the shropshire/wales boarder if the family from aber is interested its about 40MINS, drive from shrewsbury.

We live on a main road, across from the sea and promenade, we dont live on an estate. The rear of the property is private and enclosed, and approached from a very quiet cul de sac.

We live on a small terrace of 3 houses, neighbour either side are couple in late 60s and other side middle aged with grown up children, with young grandchildren.

We have been her 6 happy years.

Im looking for a slightly bigger property due to having another child.
need 4 beds, or ability to create 4th bedroom, either using a dining room, or loft space, or outbuilding/conservatory.so 3+ would do.
I would like a big garden.
