You can join here Advert Subject: 2Bed Ground Floor Flat for 3Bed House Hi there! Would you be interested in a 2bed ground floor flat in Irthlingborough? With own front and back door - Ie, were not in a block. Own front and back garden, front gravelled? Close to all local amenities, located in a quiet area... ??? Theres GOT to be someone out there who's looking to downsize, SURELY? Please help! I'm looking for a 3 bed house, any area considered - Rushden, Higham, Stanwick, Raunds, Ringstead, Finedon, Burton Latimer, Kettering, Wellingborough etc etc!!!!! ANYWHERE?!? Would prefer off road parking, but its not essential. Our flat can be warden controlled, has pull cords in every room. It's currently deactivated, but can easily be re-arranged with council. This flat is ideal for someone of the older generation who is looking to downsize, and help out a very VERY grateful family! Or anyone with a disability that can't manage the stairs in their home anymore. Small managable garden at rear... and gravelled front garden so no real work needed.
