You can join here Advert Subject: West End Glasgow (next to Byres Rd) for London Hi, I have a large Victorian one-bedroom housing association flat in the West End of Glasgow that I need to swap for one in London. It's near the Botanics, Byres Rd, Underground, Glasgow Uni, Kelvingrove etc. I've loved living in this flat and have had it for about 7 years, but I now work in London and need to move. MY FLAT: It has a very spacious lounge with recess for office, a large dining kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom with loft storage. It's only 20 seconds to Byres RD (I've timed it), is fully centrally heated and double glazed, great neighbours, a communal garden out the back and close to underground, buses and all amenities. The rent is £207 a month and it's Partick Housing Association who own it. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR AND WHERE: I'm looking for either a one or preferably a two bedroom flat (I am a university lecturer and have a lots of books, so could do with the extra bedroom. Ideally central heated. Preferred areas: Battersea, Bloomsbury, Chelsea, Fulham, Hammersmith, Pimlico, Putney, Wandsworth.
