sorry i was away it is in harold hill its 2 bedrooms groundfloor flat, nice living room leading to the garden, kitchen, toilet and bathroom all receently double glazed. All rooms are fairly good sizes and can fit double beds. The building's got front and back entrances.
isorrounded beautifully by parks, 3 min from shops, supermarkets and banks, 10 walk to train, 2 min to surgeries, library, swimming pool/gym, 2 min schools both primary, secondary and colleges. Buses every 2-3 min so communication no problem. Sought after area only 6 tenants in a block all secured and plenty of parking space. All landscaped lawn and cleaners from the housing association, maintaince is excellent. If you are fun of DIY, B&Q around the corner next to 24 hour Tescos super market. |

Hi,
Not sure if this will post, second try
Would you consider Dagenham.
We have a one bed ground floor flat (converted house) in nice street near everything. New kitchen and bathroom (non council materials) front and back garden.
Heating and water in with rent so cheap outgoings.
