PostAdvert Subject: 3 bed house in Grantham Lincs for 3/4 bed house in cheshire
I have a 3 bed semi in Grantham, close to good schools. Its on a really nice estate with no trouble what so ever. House is in good condition and was renovated prior to moving in 3 years ago.

Theres a downstairs toilet as well as a large family bathroom.

The garden is huge and overlooks fields (however they are building at present bungalows to the rear but this shouldnt defract from the view!)

The area is populated with young families and a lot of young children who all play together. There is a real feel of community spirit.

Need to move back near my family for support who are all based in Manchester.

I need a 3/4 bed house in Wigan or Leigh on a similarly nice estate or a housing association house if possible. I will consider other areas such as warrington or chorlton village/didsbury etc.
