I,m a serious mover!! I have a 2 bedroomed modernised council property in Normanton Derby.I have a large front room,1 large bedroom which could be converted in to 2 and 1 normal size bedroom.It is double glazed and has gas centrel heating in every room.Bathroom with shower and bath and seperate toilet.newly fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and also downstairs are 2 big storage cupboards.i have front and back garden with brick built shed.Big car parking area next to house.the house is situated off road so good playin area for children.there is a school not even a stone throw away which is nursery,infants and juniors in 1 but there is plenty of schools nearby 5 -10 min walk away.in the area we have mosques,churches and gurdwara. local park which is very nice for children and walking. shops are very local we have lidls and pak foodstores also woolworths and many more and it is a 5 min drive or 10 min walk in2 the centre where there is a new shopping mall. were are on many bus routes also have plenty of dentist,and doctors surgerys in the area we also have local police station and libary.my rent is £63 per week and there is right to buy also after 3 years.
I am looking for a 2 bedroomed flat/house in south, east or north london and need inner rather than out skirts due to job with heating and double glazed but not 2 fussy jus need to get to london so i can get married but can,t til i have moved to london so please feel sorry for me and help me out!!!
