We have a nice 2 bed first floor flat (not a high rise - first floor is as big as it gets lol) in very rural Nancegollan nr Helston in Cornwall. Located 6 miles from Camborne (largish town) one side and 5 miles from Helston (pretty cornish town) the other way. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and farms and the beaches are 5 miles away. Also near to Godolphin Woods for lovely walks.
We are looking to swop/exchange to a 2/3 bed house/ bungalow/ massionette or GROUND floor flat with own private garden. We would prefer to stay in Cornwall but really just want a fresh start so open to further afield. Not inner city though and must be near schools, shops etc and bus route as I cannot drive and have small children. We are looking for somewhere in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon or Cornwall
The flat has its own private enclosed garden roughly 25ft by 25ft, a communal parking area, new kitchen units and full central heating installed less than a year ago, double glazing and some nice neighbours!
There is a bus to take children to secondary school at the top of the road, a huge playfield with playpark, village hall and mechanic here. A car is a MUST for shops etc and the nearest primary schools are 1.5 miles away.
