I've got a really nice 2 bedroomed garden flat in Oundle (about 10 miles from both Peterborough and Kettering). It is spacious, quiet, fully double glazed, gas fired central heating and located in a small cul-de-sac.
I have a good sized fully enclosed rear garden with side access and the front is currently laid to one half grass the other half hard standing for up to 2 cars. Both bedrooms are double (by that I mean you can easily get a double bed in without a squash!!)
I'm desperate to move back to Sussex (Ideally within a radius of 30 - 40 miles of worthing).
I'm willing to go down to a one bedroomed place in order to move back, the only thing I really need is a garden as I have a dog other than that any property would be seriously considered.
