My home is same as above, would love to keep this lady involved as she has wanted my house for a long time, but due to personal and health reasons if the right house came up i would swap mine. Mine also has side private parking big enough for horse box, caravan or cars, as well as off road parking / drive on front. Mine has gas central heating.
