I have a big 5 bed home in Scotland,West Lothian, Deans, Livingston to exchange for a 2/3 bed bungalow in Bicester Oxfordshire ONLY to be closer to Family due to Health Issues.
My home consists of an enclosed front garden with porch fitted with 2 chairs and table stepping through the front door into an entrance hall,through a door into the hallway which has 2 deep cupboards which are excellent for storage in 1 I have shoes.jackets and a good size extra freezer so storage is good. Left is a new fitted kitchen with wall and floor units then into a good size seperate dining room, which seated 12 comfortably at xmas. Turn right in the hallway is a good size lounge with a door at either end for access to the stairs leading up to 5 bedrooms and a wet room bathroom which has NO bath due to my health. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. There is a linen cupboard for storage and another deep cupboard which houses the boiler. 1 of the double bedrooms has a floor to ceiling cupboard also the 2 single bedrooms have storage cupboards too. The house has a huge loft,
also a good sized enclosed back garden. 30 seconds out the back gate is a good primary school the local secondry school is 10 minute walk, 5 minute walk is dentist,butcher,spar,another small convienient store,chemist,chip shop,post office,pub,restaurant,chinese takeaway etc... bus stop at the end of the street. I have lived here for 23 years with no problems but now need something smaller with NO stairs and close to my Daughter as I said due to my health issues.
Also with my health issue I hold a disabled blue badge which my council gave me my own parking space outside my front gate.
The M8 Motorway is less than 5 mins drive with easy acces to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
