We have a lovely large 2 bed flat in Cambridge (CB1) a great area, close to good schools, mile from Addenbrookes, 10 mins to city centre, 5 to Sainsbury's. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, nice sized bathroom, large dining room, very big living room and brand new fitted kitchen and utility room. The flat is more like a maisonette as we have our own front door and stairs to the flat. We have GCH and new double glazing. It's a lovely area, lovely neighbours.
