You can join here Advert Subject: 2 bed first floor flat WE have a lovely one year old 2 bed first floor flat in ware hertfordshire its only 2 min walk into the town with clothes shops and bakerys also ware tescos there is also a promary school just over the road. the flat its self has 2 bedrooms one measuring 18ft long by 9ft wide and the second one measures 18ft long by 11ft wide. large living room/diner lovely kitchen nice bathroom with built in shower. also have video link intercom security doors to get in and out. We have a double gate that you must have a fob for to get cars into the underground carpark very secure. the flat also has two massive storage cupboards. There is a lovely communal garden with decking and benches the neigbours are great. the only reason we are moving is due to having a second child and would really love our own garden. We are ideally looking for a 2/3 bedroomed house or massionette with own garden in the following areas : hoddesdon broxbourne cheshunt waltham abbey stanstead abbots little hadham hunsdon much hadham Please dont offer me any thing that isnt in those areas thank you.
