I have a lovely 2 bed apartment in beautiful Cobham. The property is only 3 years old, has gas central heating, double glazing, large kitchen and bathroom, large bedrooms and able to accommodate double beds in each is light and airy. Also has a huge garden, sole use, patio and shed.

Would like a bunglow, in any condition as location more important, in the Woking, St Johns area (Sutton Avenue ideally). Reason for move is that my Mum is elderly and would like to move nearer to my brother.
