Hi Swappers, I have a 3 bed EOT in King Athurs Way, Andover. Although this Property is on an estate, I have really good neigbours who make it have a real sense of community spirt! I will be sad to leave after so many years, but, it's time me and the kids had a fresh start.

This house has 2 double beds (one with a BIW) and a small room again with a BIW. It has a gallery kitchen (with larder/cupborad) and dinning room and down stairs WC. The house is fully double glazed, loft insulation was replaced in May 07 and a new bolier was fitted December 06. Rumour has it that we are getting bathrooms this year, but this is still a rumour! I have a small front garden and a medium size back garden which is fully enclosed, there is a brick built shed in the garden aswell, which you can see in the photo's.

The Measurments of my house are

Bed 1 4 x 3m
Bed 2 4 x 3m built in double warddrode
Bed 3 3 x 2.5 m built in single wardrobe
Live room 4.8 x 4m
Dinning room 4 x 3m
Kitchen 4 x 1.8m built in small larder
Hallway and wc 1.5 x 2.7m

The parking is away from the house, although there is a garage which comes with the house, this is in a separate block but can be seen from the house. On the plus side of having parking away from the house, the kids are safe to play outside because they are not near a road!!!!!!!

The house is a 2 minute walk from Anton Nature Reserve, one lake has been returned to the wildlife with minimum imput from the council (great if you have a dog) and the other lake is more commerical, fishing, pitch and putt, play park and football pitch.

I am looking for a fresh start and to move closer to my family, I would be very interested in Herts way, Bishops Stortford, W.G.C

I am looking for a three bed in, Reading (outskirts, Basingstoke side), Newbury, Basingstoke, or Theale.
