I have a 3 bed house in the Sutton heath area and I'm looking for a 3 bed exchange to the Grange Park area, but may consider other areas.
The house has 3 good sized bedrooms, a large living room, porch, large hallway, separate bathroom and toilet upstairs with front and rear gardens. the gardens and decor could do with some TLC, due to work and other commitments i have not had time to keep on top of them.
the house is situated within walking distance to primary and secondary schools, shops, bus routes, train stations and close to motorways and st helens linkway.
