We are looking for an exchange anywhere in Devon.

We have 2 large and 1 single bedroom.
There is a decent sized lounge with a smaller diningroom as well (open plan style) at present we have a rather large computer desk, corner type (mine) as well as the wifes computer desk in here.
The bathroom was recently upgraded and there is also a shower over the bath, the doors have just been replaced with uPVC items (no more draughts) as well as having had new lagging put into the loft.
The kitchens are scheduled for replacement in the near future.

The front garden is large enough for a 2 car drive and still have space for a garden.
In the back garden there are 2 wooden sheds, 1 as a bike/ garden storage and the other is my workshop for my "toys". the gardens are fairly well established and do look good with not to much work required (we like our gardening).
We are prepared to downsize to a 2 bedroomed property if necessary, (large bedrooms if 2) large gardens would be really nice. Decorative order not really important.
Not restricted to any particular area.
We are conveniently located to all amenities, also we are in a cul de sac.
