PostAdvert Subject: Bedford to Gt. Barford / St. Neots & Surrounding area
I would like to move from my 3 bed detached house to a 3 bed detached house in St Neot's area, due to a need to be nearer my daughter.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room (currently decorated as a nursery), an upstairs bathroom, a large rear garden (90ft) which has a shed and summer house, I also have a drive way with a slabbed front garden.
There are 2 living areas with a medium sized kitchen.
There is also a brickbuilt outhouse adjacent to the house, which has 2 rooms that could be converted if you wish to. An closed in passage with a toilet.

There is a big park 2 minutes walk away, local schools close and shops 5 minutes walk away.
Local supermarket 10/15 minutes walk away.
