My 4 bed semi detached house in in Kettering, Northamptonshire, it is located in a quiet area close to schools and shops, also a bus route from just around the corner. The town centre is a 10 minute walk away.

My house has a large enclosed 2 split level garden and a front enclosed garden also. Fully double glazed and central heated. The house has parking outside the front of the house on the road and also there are parking bays that can be used for either the house owner or visitors.

It has recently been replastered throughout and redecorated also. The stairs and landing have a new 7 month old carpet and the livingroom, hallway and bedroom number 1 has wood flooring, the other bedrooms are carpeted. One bedroom is accessible through the main bedroom so can be used as either a bedroom or a dressing room or office.

The bathroom is a new suite with bath and also has an electric shower.

The loft space, has in the last 6 months, had new insulation and vents put in the roof itself. It also has an air circulator fitted in the loft so that in the summer its nice and cool.

Newly fitted kitchen with quarry tiles on the floor and lovely tiles on the walls, dishwasher and tumble dryer points also.

I have lovely neighbours, i just need to move further south due to my partners job.

I am looking for a 3/4 bedroomed house, preferably with a seperate dining room but it is not a necessity. The house would need to have central heating and double glazing and also enclosed gardens. Close to shops and schools preferable. Any extras would be advantages.
