Hi i have a lovley 3 bed semi-detached house with great sized garden's.
Its had a complete re-wire top to bottom,a new upstair's bathroom suite...a new kitchen and a fantastic combi boiler all this work was carried out less than 2 years ago it was renovated in time for me and my family to move in..
And may i add since its been done up and we moved in it has never been smoked in and smells lovely and fresh....a smoke free house...

Here is a list of all the most important measurment's from room's to garden's..

Bedroom 1(Master)= 12.5 ft x 10 ft
Bedroom 2(Medium)= 11 ft x 8 ft
Bedroom 3(Small)= 9 ft x 8 ft

Kitchen = 15 ft x 8.5 ft
Living Room = 15 ft x 12.5 ft
Upstair's Bathroom = 8 ft x 6 ft(bath with shower unit)
Landing area = 6.5 ft x 3.5 ft
Also there is a downstairs toilet which is also 2 years old and an under the stairs cupboard(ideal for freezer).
Now for the garden's...........
Front Garden = 23 ft x 18 ft with wrought iron fencing all the way around(7month's old) with double gate's leading onto a newly built driveway=17 ft x 8ft
To the side of the house is a brand new fence and gate leading onto a grassed area =11 ft x 7 ft.....

Now to the huge back garden here are the size's.........
Flagged area from kitchen area approx= 8 ft x 13 ft..then leads to a fully grassed area of 50 ft x 20 ft and is not overlooked and has a fence all the way round(perfect for pets) although we dont have any...

The area itself is close to lots of schools 5minute walk to high school 5 minute walk to numaras primary school's..doctors is close by as well is the local hospital there are two train stations one within minute's of walking..M61 motorway is a 5min driveaway with manchester within 15 minutes away..
I can honestly say my street is a very friendly little community everybody speaks and a few houses on the street have recently been purchased..

We are looking for a 3/4 bedroom house with gardens..on any costal area ie. cumbria.whitehaven well like i said any costal area(what have you got??)..

Hi, Its a long shot but would you like 5 miles from Blackpool, its a 2 bedroomed end house with driveway in a quiet cul de sac. close to all ameneties. If not very good luck in your search.

Hi there sound great but im afraid its just to small as we have two children and would require at least a 3 bedroom...thanks for your interest..good luck and best regards chris.... Very Happy

Thanks for your message, may I just add that our bedrooms are doubles, and the kitchen and living room is quite spacious in size. If not then very good luck with yoiur search. we are about 3 miles from the nearest coastline. Thanks
