this is a new build large semi detached 3bed property jeavons lane, gt cambournea quite area surrounded by privately owned houses. it has 2 large double rooms & 1 single. has a double driveway,large kitchen-diner with plenty of storage,large living room with elaminated flooring,large garden approx 40'x60' with shed,up & down stairs toilets,plenty of storage throughout the house,gas central heating,double glazed. only a 10min walk to either of the 2schools,3nurseries,shops,pub,doctors,libary,chemist etc. 2min walk to bus stop with a bus service that runs every 20mins to cambridge.
i am looking for a 3/4 bed house with garden in cambridge (due to personal reasons with my kids) closer to town center the better.
