Newly fitted neutral carpets in all 3 rooms i.e.: bedrooms and sitting room. with flooring in the hall way. All rooms are of a good size, 2nd room larger than most 2nd bedrooms. the block of flats is on an small estate but it is at the start of the estate and it's well maintained and quiet all day and night. Lots of greenery and play parks for children. 5 min of less walk to Brixton tube station, 2 min walk to train station or a 2 min walk to the bus stop....which has direct access to the city of London and the west-end of London.
