We have an 8 year old, 4 bedroomed house in Werrington, nr Peterborough. The house is in immaculate condition. 4 beds (1 with fitted wardrobes) the bathroom upstairs has a shower and large airing cupboard. All carpeted, except hall which is laminate flooring. Downstairs there is a newly fitted kitchen, Toilet (quite large, used as utility room as well, but plenty of space) The lounge/diner, we use as a lounge, dining room and office, as its so big. You can put a table in the kitchen but we choose not to.
Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden with a large shed.
We are a few minutes walk away from local shops, doctors, library and sports centre. Also, 5-10 mins walk is the primary and secondary schools. The secondary school in particular is very good. There is also, an enclosed football, skatepark and tennis court for all ages of children and plenty of fields and walks around the area. I can give you the websites for everything if you are interested. The bus service into Peterborough runs about every 15 mins and it takes about 10 mins drive in the car.
We don't overlook any other houses, and our house is on an end of 4, with private parking at the side. The neighbours are good too.
We have moved with the exchange before, and are genuine movers. We would like to move to Stamford only please.
