hi we have a large 2 bed council house in essex with a very large garden 20ft wide by 120 ft long, and has recentley had all new turf layed.the house was built in 1920 and is very nice.it has a small kitchen,large dinning room,med size lounge,large front bedroom,med size back bedroom and med size bathroom.it is not d/g.it also has a nice size front garden that was once a drive but is now grassed over.it is in a quite part of braintree,with easy parking.we have a out side toilet and 2 sheds.it is fenced down both sides and along the bottom,with a 6ft fence,and has a gate in middle at end of path for access to more of the garden.
We would like a 3+ bedroom council house in any part of cornwall or devon.we are open to all offers that are situated in either cornwall or devon,

| hi, i know you are looking for a 3+bed but i thought i would see if you are interested in my 2 bed house in bodmin cornwall, although it is 2 bed the bedrooms are very good sizes, there is a nice enclosed back garden plenty of parking. |
