Also has integral garage that can be accessed inside the house through door in hallway. Very large bathroom, two double bedrooms one single (not box room). House is in private road, not estate, other half of semi is owned, close to all shopping, buses, trains as you would expect for London but actual road is quiet (not a through road, school at end). Location is E6 (zone 3) just on outskirts of East Ham, close to Beckton. Very convenient for Dagenham, Romford, Ilford as well as Thurrock Lakeside.
