You can join here Advert Subject: Hi Somerset - How would you like 3 bed semi in Berkshire ? Hello to everyone in Somerset, On offer is a large 3 bed Semi in Shinfield, Berkshire. RG28JT We are located on the borders of Reading and Wokingham. The house is rented from Wokingham District Council with RTB and we are in a very good catchment area for schools (W'ham is in the top 10 regions for schools in the country). House is in a quiet cul de sac, so no thru traffic. The 2 double bedrooms both have built in wardrobes and the 3rd bedroom (not a box room) is big enough for bed plus wardrobe. The lounge is 24ft long with lovely open stone fireplace. We have a side access to the house, which leads onto a fairly large patio which then leads onto a good size garden. The garden backs onto private woodand so is very private and not overlooked at all. We are closeby to local shops/doctors/schools etc. Reading Town Centre (Very good shops !!) is about 6 miles away with buses going every 5 mins, and Wokingham Town Centre is about 10 mins in the other direction. We are close to jct 11 of the M4, 15 mins to Windsor, 30 mins to London and straight back down the M4 to the West Country.
