You can join here Advert Subject: Large 3 bed in crystal palace wants 3/4 bed s e london Hi, we have a large, terraced 3 bedroomed house in Crystal Palace. It has 2 double bedrooms and a smaller room. Large front room overlooking back garden and a large kitchen overlooking front garden. The kitchen has recently (2 weeks ago) been re fitted with modern units, floor and worktops. Laminated floors through the bottom level and fully carpeted at the top level. This property has a family bathroom upstairs and a toilet/washroom downstairs. Lots of storage space and a large attic. Full central heating and double glazing going in before christmas this year. We are looking for a 3/4 bedroom property which is not too pokey. Decoration not important. Preferably Bermondsy, Nunhead, East Dulwich, Peckham areas but will consider other areas aswell. We have fantastic neighbours and are sorry to let them go but we need an extra bedroom.
