Hi,

I currently live in a 1 bedroom flat rented from Southwark Council and want to move to Bournemouth and exchange for a 1 bed property there.

My flat is on the 1st floor and across the road from Bermondsey underground station (1 stop on the Jubilee line from London Bridge and 2 stops from Canary Wharf). The City and West End of London are very accessible from my flat and as well as an Underground station, there are 4 bus routes which are nearby and can take you in a number of directions from here to the SE and Central London.

There are many schools in the area, as well as churches, lots of employment opportunities and sports/arts/entertainment facilities, all within easy reach on foot or using local transport links.
