PostAdvert Subject: Large 4 bed Middlesex for 4 bed Hampshire

I have a 4 double bedroom house in Brentford TW8 with rtb. The house is a big old victorian building, with 6 steps leading up to the front door. The accomodation is arranged over sort of split levels.

There is a good size entrance hall, with the kitchen 13 x 13' 6'' and living room 13 x 13' 6'' coming off it.
The kitchen has been recently refurbished with new units, tiles, re wiring and plastering. The units are light wood, tiles are black, work surfaces and floor are charcoal grey. We have a large table in here which seats 8.

Down a half flight of stairs is the showeroom and loo 7' 4'' x 7' 11'' .
Both bathrooms are tiled in black with white paint and floors.
Then down another flight of stairs is a square hall and bedrooms 3 and 4, both 12' 6'' x 12' 8'' (the 2 being worked on) and under stairs storage space.

Up the main flight of stairs is 1 bathroom, 10 x 6' 6'' , a seperate loo and bedrooms 1 and 2 measuring 12' 6'' x 12' 4'' and 12' 8'' x 9
respectively.
We have good size front and back gardens and off st parking for 2 cars. We are close to ALL amenities but not on an estate, the Brentford Canal and River Thames are a 5 min walk away and are truly beautiful to walk along.

Kew, Ealing, Richmond, Chiswick, Twickenham and Barnes are all within 15 mins drive or walk. Hounslow is also within very easy reach. Trains are easily accessible, churches, schools for all ages and local shops are within 5-10 mins walk. The house is situated right opposite the beautiful old Library. Rent is £90 per week.

The house is light and airy due to the big sash windows, and we have the benefit of higher ceilings on the ground and first floors.

The rear garden is fully enclosed by a brick wall, it measures 30' x 110'.
The front garden is 29' x 17' and an extra bit measuring 8' x 27' which provides parking space for 2 cars, and is a reasonble size, this garden is also enclosed by brick wall, with a double sized gate across the parking area and a seperate single gate for the path.

I am looking for a 4 or more bed in Hampshire, ideally Church Crookham, Crookham village, Mill Lane, Eweshot, Dogmersfield, Cove, or anywhere within half and hour of Church Crookham.
I would also seriously consider anywhere along the south coast, areas just outside of Reading or a semi rural setting.

The house is a work in progress, it was very very neglected when i moved in but i could see the potential so i went for it.
The Kitchen, Living room, Both bathrooms, the hallway from top to basement and 2 of the bedrooms are done. I am currently working on the 2 basement bedrooms, and i have recently taken up ALL the carpets to begin work on the boards as they are the lovely old 9 inch ones.

There is also a lady with a 3 bed town house in Brentford, she is closer to Kew than i am and she is interested in my house, maybe we could get a multi swap going if there is interest in her house too.

Thanks for looking and good luck.
