Advert Subject: Chiswick w4 for surrey or anywhere rural home counties |

Hello,
I have a large one bedroom flat in 'highly desirable' Grove Park, Chiswick London W4. It is on a tree lined road and no estate. It is a nice well kept small block of 20 flats, with a lift and security door. It has three floors. The gardens are communal and a contractor comes once a week to look after them.
Inside there is a large fitted eat in kitchen, a living room 16 x 10 a bedroom 12 x 12 and a bathroom. The hall has two large walk in cupboards, a further small shelved cupboard. There is GCH from a combi boiler, so constant hot water is always there and it has double glazed casement windows. The decor is neutral, beige/cream throughout. There is the right to buy so a few are privately owned. Parking in the area is free, and there is free parking in the courtyard. Garages are available to rent. (Free parking in London is rare) Most of the street is private houses.
The area is quiet and close to parks, Chiswick House is a five minute walk, trains, tubes and buses are all close by( Turnham Green and Chiswick). The High Street is a 10 minute walk. Kew Gardens is just across the bridge and the River Thames, with a marina, is one block away.
You have to be over 45 to live here!! Although one or two are not that age.
I am looking for a one bedroom or two, with a garden, in a rural spot in Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Bucks, Dorset or Sussex. The place must have central heating but I do not care about the condition, as long as it isn't wet.
If interested please email on:lambling17@yahoo.co.uk
Best wishes,

Hi Shazz,
It sounds good but unfortunately I am looking for a place that is rural with a garden and not on an estate. I am not on an estate. There are no estates near me.
I'm sorry but I'm sure you will find somewhere soon.
Best wishes |

Hi Julie,
Unfortunately I don't think they will entertain anyone under 45. Stupid I know, I think it's to keep it a childless zone.
Anyway, mine is a one bedroom, on the third floor, with lift and security entrance and a comunal garden. The building is small, 20 flats over 3 floors and well kept. It's bright and a nice place to be. I only want to move because I want to grow veg in a private garden. Otherwise I like it here. |
