I am interested in a couple of properties in East Sussex, I need to move to either of these properties reasonably quickly due to deteriorating health.
The Property on offer is a 2 Bedroomed Bungalow, Semi Rural(Outskirts of the Smallest Town in Kent) Very Quiet Area, Elderly Neighbours, Enclosed Gardens Back & Front, Postcode is TN17 2HE, the people who i wish to swap with are not wanting my area, so what we are looking for is either a 2 Bedroomed Bungalow or House in Either Kent, East Sussex, Mid Sussex, West Sussex or Hampshire, these properties must be either Rural or Coastal or Both.
Or if you have a property in East Sussex, within the Battle or Sedlescombe areas or between Hastings and Eastbourne, please contact me and i can send you pictures of the Bungalow.
Also if you have a House or Bungalow within the Cranbrook Area of Kent and wish to just move to the same area but a change of scenery, please also get in touch as i could have someone interested within a 3 way swap.
