We have a 2 bed terraced house in Merstham, Surrey - a lovely and well looked after housing assc. property; full central heating, fitted kitchen, seperate bathroom & WC, patio, side access, massive shed (hand made from canadian red cedar no less) front bedroom is very large (full width of house, ripe for converting into 2)...second bedroom is a double bedroom...
Our house backs on to rural land, and is a 10 min walk from a country park and sailing lake, but also close to great local shops (awesome curry house, chinese and Threshers) and a 10 min drive to a big shopping centre!
Our family have sadly outgrown our house, as much as we love it, and need a 3/4 bed property. Although reluctant to move out of area (being Redhill/Reigate/Godstone areas in Surrey) it is not beyond the realms of possibility that we would up sticks and move away properly - if the house and area is worth it, we will go!
