The large back balcony which is off the 17' kitchen/diner overlooks a huge communal garden, accessed by key for residents only (great on summer evenings!) Perfectly safe for children. We would like a 2 beds oldish house with garden in Somerset ( preferably Sedgemoor or Nth Somerset) but will consider adjacent areas or even into Devon or Dorset. NO LARGE ESTATES please.
