My living room and downstairs hallway have wooden floor boards as does the biggest bedroom. The stairs and top landing were carpeted around a year ago. Its a less then 10 minute walk to 2 infant/juniour schools and a 5 minute walk to a secondary school. Town is also not far to walk to and bus' run locally. The neighbours are lovely and had I not need the extra room , i'd never move.)
