I have a 2 bedroom house in London Lewisham area (SE6). Large bedrooms, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, double glazed windows, with frontal (small) and back garden(medium), central heating, floors are partly wood and partly carpet. There are three roomy storage rooms.
It’s located within walking distance of shops, bus stop, pubs, leisure centre, shopping centres, surgery and train station. Neighbours are very friendly and well behaved as well.
