We have a 2 bedroom housing association flat on 1st floor in Battersea, right behind the park parallel to Prince of Wales drive. It is NOT A TOWER BLOCK OR AN ESTATE, but a converted house where I have lived for 15 years. We literally live behind Battersea park and are 90 seconds away on foot. We are on housing association. 2 double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom & kitchen hallway that can accommodate tall shelving for storage & we would be willing to leave the shelving we have in place. Everything has been kept very well and the whole flat was also decorated recently. This is also in the LOWEST council tax band in London!!!!! The flat is in a prime location close to central London & great transport links. Bus stop 1 min walk with buses 44 & 344, other stops 5 mins walk 137, 452, 156, 49, 345, 19. Also major train routes to Waterloo, Clapham junction, Vauxhall & Victoria to name but a few. Also a supermarket and many shops in the area & some of the best performing schools in Wandsworth. We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom property, preferably with a garden as we have 2 children. ALL AREAS CONSIDERED & ALL ENQUIRIES WILL BE ANSWERED I am looking firstly for properties in any London Boroughs or areas with GOOD TRANSPORT LINKS into London as we do not drive. We are willing to consider most areas that are not too far from London by train. Areas that stand out are BRIGHTON, EAST SUSSEX, ESSEX, MIDDLESEX, SURREY, KENT, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, HERTFORDSHIRE & BERKSHIRE but as I said we will consider all close counties.
