My house is a 3 Bedroom house living romm 12x15 solid oak flooring just been redecorated Kitchen 9x9 Tiled floor with NEW kitchen fitted 2 years ago Cream cupboards and floor with black walls Master Bedroom 12x12 in the process of redecorating 2nd Bedroom 9x9 just been redecorted painted walls and big enough for a double bed and wardrobe with chest drawers 3rd Bedroom 14x7 just been redecorated with painted walls Toilet is downstairs with Shower and Glass sink. Upstairs landing and hall downstairs solid oak flooring with all door frames solid oak. No work needs to be done. Garden is 17x30 foot decking from back door then Tiled for 12 feet then decking again for shed and tiled for bbq. Dropped curb for parking at front. Very Clean and well decorated house. I am very close to the Station and shops.. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house in Braintree due to my family moving to Braintree I need to be nearer.
