4 bed house in rural area, near village, schools, bus routes, and motorways, we have a supermarket in village and great shops and pubs,lovely country settings, my house has garage, drive, and double fronted, its big. we have had double gates and new fencing put up, you may walk in to rear of garden or drive throu them, the garden is fully flagged by us,it so big we can have a 12ft tramopline, large bouncey castle and a 10ft pool all up in one go, and walk round, the house has now got a ulity room which was the old coal sheds, this now houses 2 freezers tumble dryer and storage cupboards,fully white tiled, nice, the ulitily room leads in to garage or kitchen. the kitchen is decorated and nicly tiled, floor is tiled light n airy room, dinning room decorated oak flooring and a nice tall window, hall is very very big oak floored and has a downstairs wc, lounge the length of house front to back and 3 windows, 2 small rear one large front, making room so light, nicely decorated and airy open spaced feeling, the upstairs consist of wc and separate bathroom and shower, 1 master bedroom 2 windows making the room nice and bright all the time, 2nd roombigger than a box room, nice size, can have bunks and wardrobes and cupboards 1 window nice and bright room, 3rd room nice size again, great length 2 windows, bright n airy feel, 4th room rear built in cuboard 2 windows, lovely n bright room great size nicely decorated, all upstairs has wooden flooring, all decorated, landing n stairs has nice thick carpet, the landing has large fire escape window. the council did a home check here, due to us wanting to make some changes to fencing and coal sheds and couldnt believe the house, due to it was in a mess when we got it, the previous tenants old wouldnt let them in to do any work, so alls updated now, redecorated and great... we have to look at moving due to i have cancer, and need to keep going for treatment, wish to move nearer to warrington so dont have to keep traverlling, family can collect our children from school, need family support net work. we enjoy village life, fresh air and peaceful life, but illness is forcing us to move, thanks for looking
